Haliborange Teensense Omega 3 capsules contain a range of vitamins and minerals to support your teenager. These include the following in every 2 capsules:

Fish oil – 800mg
Providing Omega-3 nutrients – 480mg
Of which DHA – 336mg
Of which EPA – 48mg
Vitamin A – 400µg RE
Vitamin D – 5µg
Vitamin E – 3mg a-TE
Vitamin C – 60mg

How to use

RECOMMENDED DAILY INTAKE. Take one, or up to two Chewy Fruit Burst capsules a day.

Chew the soft capsule to burst the fruit flavour centre.

If you are taking Haliborange TeenSense Extra Omega-3 for the first time, take 2 Chewy Fruit Burst capsules a day for the first 12 weeks.

The daily intake can then be reduced to one a day.

Do not exceed the recommended intake.

Women who are pregnant or planning a pregnancy should consult their doctor before taking vitamin or mineral supplements. Contains a source of phenylalanine. Excessive consumption may produce laxative effects. Food supplements are intended to supplement the diet and should not be regarded as a substitute for a varied diet.
