Salicylic Acid Is Included In This Preparation To Enhance The Penetration Of The Mucopolysaccharide Polysulphate Through The Skin. It Causes The Outer Layer Of Skin Cells To Loosen And Shed And Makes It Easier For The Cream Or Gel To Penetrate.
